Costs

Indicative costs associated with the Weddin Mountain Muster are outlined below. Participants can nominate to ride for the week or selected days. Camping fees for the Grenfell Showground also apply. Part week riders and non-riders will need to register and pay for the Welcome dinner on the Sunday night and Finale dinner on the Friday night. There is a non-refundable booking fee of $50 included in the registration fee for riders. Please note that if you choose to camp for nights outside of the event dates (27 September - 2 October 2026), this will be at your own risk and additional camping fees will be charged by the Grenfell Showground Land Managers in accordance with their fee structure plus $10/night per horse. Merchandise for the Weddin Mountain Muster can be purchased at additional cost (optional). Raffles and other fundraising activities are also run during the week of the Muster (optional).

Payment to secure a position on the Weddin Mountain Muster is required fourteen days from the invoice date after registrations have been acknowledged and approved by the Committee. Payment terms are strict and failure to pay on time will result in your position on the ride being forfeited.
