The Grenfell Show Society and Grenfell Showground Land Managers - The Weddin Mountain Muster is based at the Grenfell Showground. The Weddin Mountain Muster Committee is a sub-committee of the Grenfell PAH & I Association and works closely with both the Grenfell Show Society and Grenfell Showground Land Managers.
Land owners – what makes the Weddin Mountain Muster unique is that a large portion of the rides are on private property, where people would not normally get to go. The private properties offer some spectacular scenery and different terrains and the Muster committee are very grateful to all the land owners who allow the ride to travel through their properties.
Weddin Shire Council assists the development of Traffic Management Plans to run the event and kindly donate the port-a-loos and the water trailer.
